I have been training clients since 1994, and my passion for my clients progress has never waivered.
During my clients sessions, I feel as though I am doing each and every rep with them, pushing them and motivating them to break the barriers, mentally and physically, that once existed. I am certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and have been since 1997.
I am a bio-mechanics master, requiring each and every one of my clients to perform each exercise with the most perfect form for the most efficient and safe training sessions possible.
